Shipping: We offer premium discounted shipping rates to all contiguous 48 US states for Standard Ground Delivery, and some of our top products will offer 2 day air at premium discounted rates. We stock hundreds of items which ship same day when ordered by 3PM Eastern, and offer thousands shipped directly from only top trusted manufacturers. Items that ship directly from manufacturers normally ship within 2-5 business days of receiving your order, often within 24 hours of your order. We strive to stock the most in-demand drinking fountains, bottle fillers, water coolers and other products by Elkay, Haws, Halsey Taylor, Oasis and more. You will be emailed a tracking number once your item is shipped. Residential Shipments: For all residential shipments with a total order amount of $200 or more, we may require a signature at the time of delivery. Security Policy: We have the best security available to protect your online orders. Any time you make a credit card transaction online, make sure the site uses SSL. International Orders: For shipping costs outside the US, please email us or call our toll free number (888-50-DRYER) Return Policy: Returns must be properly packaged, uninstalled, in new condition, and in original packaging.Shipping must be pre-paid by customer, and subject to inspection before refunds are issued. Restocking fees apply with all returns and some exchanges. Restocking fees vary depending on the manufacturer. Contact 888-50-DRYER for an RMA number and instructions before returning. Category Five Technologies, Inc. has the right to reject any returns past 30 days the delivery date. All stocked items will be 20%. Items that must be returned to the manufacturer may vary from 20% to 35% restocking fees. * Used items cannot be returned. What information do we collect?
