The Elkay ENOB28K SwirlFlo drinking fountain combines architectural styling, refrigerated performance and accessible bi-level hydration in one coordinated fixture. Its patented stainless steel construction, contoured oval basins and one-piece back panel create a clean appearance suited to offices, schools, civic buildings and other design-conscious indoor spaces.

The sensor-operated station provides touchless activation to reduce contact with shared surfaces, while the standard arm includes mechanical push-button activation for continued dispensing during an electrical service interruption. A hermetically sealed refrigeration system supplies up to 8.0 GPH of chilled water under rated conditions. Flexi-Guard bubblers incorporate flexible antimicrobial mouth guards designed to help protect users from injury and inhibit microorganism growth on treated components.

Important Installation Note: The Elkay MF200 mounting frame is required and sold separately. Because the frame is installed during wall preparation, consider ordering it early so rough-in work can proceed before the fountain and chiller are installed.

The ENOB28K is well suited for indoor commercial and public facilities that want an architectural bi-level fountain with chilled water and touchless operation. When installed at the specified mounting heights with the required clearances, the two-station configuration supports an ADA-compliant installation and serves users with different accessibility needs.

Quick Tip

This model includes the fountain and chiller but does not include the required MF200 mounting frame. It is also supplied without filtration. Add the optional EWF172 WaterSentry VII filtration kit when filtered water is required. If rear service access is unavailable, review whether the ACCESS12X38-5 stainless steel access panel is needed for the planned installation.

Common Question

Will the Elkay ENOB28K dispense water during a power outage?
The mechanically activated standard arm can continue dispensing water as long as the building’s water supply remains available. The sensor-operated station and refrigeration system require electricity, so touchless activation and active chilling will not operate during an electrical service interruption.
