The Elkay ERPB28K SwirlFlo drinking fountain combines refrigerated performance, accessible bi-level service and distinctive architectural styling. Its patented stainless steel design, contoured oval basins and seamless one-piece back panel create an attractive, splash-resistant fixture for schools, offices, civic buildings and other design-conscious indoor environments.

A hermetically sealed refrigeration system supplies up to 8.0 GPH of chilled water under rated conditions. Mechanical push-button activation provides dependable operation and allows water dispensing to continue during an electrical service interruption, provided the building’s water supply remains available. Flexi-Guard bubblers include flexible antimicrobial mouth guards designed to help protect users from injury and inhibit microorganism growth on treated components.

Important Installation Note: The Elkay MF200 mounting frame is required and sold separately. Because the frame is installed during wall preparation, consider ordering it early so wall support, plumbing, drainage and electrical rough-in can be completed before the fountain and chiller are installed.

Best Applications

The ERPB28K is well suited for indoor commercial and public facilities that want chilled water from an architectural bi-level fixture. When installed at the manufacturer-specified mounting heights with the required clear floor space and reach ranges, the two-station design supports an ADA-compliant installation.

Quick Tip

This model includes the fountain and refrigeration chiller but does not include the required MF200 mounting frame or water filtration. Add the optional EWF172 WaterSentry VII filtration kit or choose the filtered Elkay LRPB28K counterpart when integrated filtration is preferred. If rear service access is unavailable, evaluate whether the ACCESS12X38-5 stainless steel access panel is needed.

What is the difference between the Elkay ERPB28K and LRPB28K?
The ERPB28K is supplied as a non-filtered refrigerated fountain. The LRPB28K is the corresponding filtered configuration for projects that want factory-configured filtration. Confirm filter capacity, replacement requirements and mounting-frame needs before selecting the appropriate model.
